Let's face it, change is never easy. Whether we are trying to change an old habit or create a new one, it still requires willingness, practice and patience. How can we use Qi-Yoga to navigate change?
There are 2 main meridians and seasons to focus on when going through change; the Spleen, which not only helps aid digestion, forms blood and helps with energy but also is impacted by worry and overthinking. Along with the Heart, which regulates blood flow and help ease anxiety, insomnia and stress, we can better face changes head on.
